Using multiple analytical methods to improve phylogenetic hypotheses in Minaria (Apocynaceae)

► Plastid and nuclear datasets were used to investigate relationships within Minaria. ► The Bayesian Inference was the most and the MP the least efficient methods. ► Phylogenetic methods present different performances in different parts of the tree. ► The pluralistic analytical approach increased tree resolution and clade confidence.
