Evaluating the Ozioma cancer news service: A community randomized trial in 24 U.S. cities

► We present and evaluate a cancer news service - Ozioma - for Black newspapers. ► Over 21 months, Ozioma increased the number of cancer stories in Black newspapers. ► This increased cancer coverage supplanted other health topics in Black newspapers. ► Results are mixed for Ozioma's effects on the quality of cancer coverage.
