Radiographic evaluation of maxillofacial region in oncology patients treated with bisphosphonates

Analysis of the data obtained revealed that the use of panoramic radiographs facilitates early identification of bone alterations, which can improve early diagnosis of bisphosphonate-associated osteonecrosis of the jaw.
