One-step aqueous synthesis of graphene-CdTe quantum dot-composed nanosheet and its enhanced photoresponses

► A graphene-CdTe QD nanosheet was one-step synthesized using a hydrothermal method. ► Both growth of CdTe QDs and reduction of graphene oxide occurred simultaneously. ► Graphene-CdTe QD nanosheets demonstrated greatly enhanced photoresponses.
