Targeted delivery of siRNA against hepatitis C virus by apolipoprotein A-I-bound cationic liposomes

Our results suggest that DTC-Apo liposome is a highly potential delivery vehicle to transfer therapeutic siRNA especially targeting HCV to the liver.
