Pregnancy after laparoscopic bariatric surgery: comparative study of adjustable gastric banding and Roux-en-Y gastric bypass

The results of the present study have shown that no significant difference exists in the obstetric and birth outcomes between women who have undergone LRYGB and those who have undergone LAGB.
