Screening employees of services for homeless individuals in Montréal for tuberculosis infection

► We assessed the occupational risk of occult transmission in employees of services for homeless people in Montréal. ► Although relatively small, the level of risk observed is higher than the average health worker. ► This initiative highlighted the difficulties in achieving compliance for periodic screenings and follow-ups.
