HPV16 is associated with younger age in women with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 2 and 3

► In CIN3 lesions, young age was significantly associated with HPV16 positivity. ► The HPV16/18 associated proportion of CIN3 was 75% among young women (≤ 30 years).
