Utilization of adjuvant therapies and their impact on survival for women with stage IIIC endometrial adenocarcinoma

Both adjuvant CT and adjuvant RT were associated with improved OS for women with stage IIIC endometrial adenocarcinoma, but CMT was associated with the largest improvement in OS.
