Fertility-sparing treatment in younger women with adenocarcinoma in situ of the cervix

► We studied the effectiveness of loop versus cold knife conization in younger women with ACIS. ► We found no difference in achieving negative margins or recurrence of ACIS. ► Loop conization should be considered as treatment of choice in select women with ACIS who desire future fertility.
