Compound formation by unidirectional, discontinuous rubbing of aluminized steels

X-ray diffraction patterns taken from debris generated as a result of unidirectional, discontinuous rubbing of aluminized steels revealed the formation of an extremely disordered previously unreported cubic-based compound with super-lattice feature.
