چکیده انگلیسی
âºCultured cerebellar granule cells express increasing levels of ORC3 during maturation. âºActivation of mGlu4Rs anticipates the peak of ORC3 and promotes neuronal maturation. âºORC3 knockdown reduces mGlu4R-mediated neuronal maturation and dendritic length. âºORC3 promotes neuronal maturation by inhibiting the Rho signaling pathway.
