GPR26-deficient mice display increased anxiety- and depression-like behaviors accompanied by reduced phosphorylated cyclic AMP responsive element-binding protein level in central amygdala

▶A novel mouse model was generated for analyzing the role of Gpr26 in vivo. ▶Gpr26 knockout mice displayed higher anxiety- and depression-like behaviors. ▶pCREB level in central amygdale was down-regulated in Gpr26 knockout mice.
