Loss of striatal dopaminergic terminals during the early stage in response to MPTP injection in C57BL/6 mice

▶ Dopaminergic terminals were isolated from striata using an original technique. Loss of the terminals was detected in the very early stage after MPTP injection. The specificity of MPTP-induced loss of the dopaminergic terminals was confirmed.
