Annotating the protein-RNA interaction sites in proteins using evolutionary information and protein backbone structure

► The torsion angles (φ, ψ) is first used for annotating the RNA-binding sites. ► Compared with the former methods on the common dataset, better results are obtained. ► From the annotated results, it observes that the results are in accordance with the PDB annotation.
