Clustering of DNA words and biological function: A proof of principle

► Relevant words in literary texts (key words) are known to be spatially clustered. ► Are functional DNA words also clustered along the chromosome? ► This linguistic analogy was explored measuring the clustering level for each word. ► We conclude that a link exists between DNA word-clustering and biological function.
