Effectiveness of systemic resistance toward Aphis gossypii (Hom., Aphididae) as induced by combined applications of the endophytes Fusarium oxysporum Fo162 and Rhizobium etli G12

► The endophytes Fusarium oxysporum and Rhizobium etli affect Aphis gossypii behavior. ► Spatially-separated co-inoculation of both endophytes reduced the aphid population. ► The co-inoculation did not improve the aphid biocontrol respect to single treatment. ► The aphids preferred to feed on endophyte-free than on endophyte-inoculated plants.
