Removal of triazines from water using a novel OA modified SiO2/PA/PSf nanocomposite membrane

m-Phenylenediamine (MPD) aqueous solution reacts with trimesoyl chloride (TMC) organic phase including oleic acid (OA)-modified SiO2 and forms a thin polyamide (PA) layer on the top of polysulfone (PSf) support membrane. Adding OA-modified SiO2 to PA layer enhances the triazine rejection of membrane.159
