Non-thermal RF plasma effects on surface properties of Pd/TiO2 catalysts for selective hydrogenation of acetylene

▶ RF plasma is an alternative to reduce supported Pd species at room temperature. ▶ SMSI phenomenon can be induced at a lower temperature with plasma treatment. ▶ The support and palladium interaction can be measured by the H2-DSC technique. ▶ The distribution of Pd planes has been changed due to plasma treatments.
