A MoS2 nanocatalyst with surface-enriched active sites for the heterogeneous transfer hydrogenation of nitroarenes

Interlayer-expanded and plane-curved MoS2 obtained by carbon insertion exhibits highly catalytic performance for the transformation of nitrobenzene to aniline under mild conditions without base and pressure.
