The performance of Pt/ZrxTixAl1-2xO2 as Kerosene cracking catalysts

A series of Pt/ZrxTixAl1-2xO2 catalysts were prepared and they showed good performance for the kerosene cracking reaction. The quantities of gaseous products obtained from catalytic cracking using ZrO2:TiO2:Al2O3 (1:1:3)- supported Pt catalyst are increased by factors of 2.1 and 1.4 compared with the quantities generated by thermal cracking at 650 and 700 °C, respectively.
