New soft and spongy resorcinol-formaldehyde aerogels

- The development of synthesis of super-flexible resorcinol-formaldehyde aerogels is proposed.
- Definition of flexibility is given as a function of particle and pore size.
- Stirring time shows a high influence on microstructure of aerogels and their properties.
