Supercritical antisolvent extraction of antioxidants from grape seeds after vinification

- Successful extraction of antioxidants from Syrah seeds wastes by using SAE.
- Gallic acid, catechin, epicatechin and resveratrol enriched up to 100, 250, 267 and 78%.
- The total polyphenol content after SAE ranging from 15.60 to 22.56 g GAE/kgseeds.
- The solid recovered shows a powderous morphology formed by microspheres (ϕ ≈ 100 nm).
