In vitro release kinetics of polycaprolactone encapsulated plant extract fabricated by supercritical antisolvent process and solvent evaporation method

► Encapsulation of rosemary extract by polycaprolactone was investigated using gas anti-solvent process and solvent evaporation method. ► A lower mean particle size (254.5 nm). ► Better particle size distribution. ► Higher encapsulation efficiency (82.8%) was achieved with supercritical antisolvent process.
