Influence of particle shape and size on the wetting behavior of soft magnetic micropowders

► Better wetting (decreasing contact angle) with larger particle size. ►Smoother particle geometry results in decreasing contact angle values and increasing wettability. ► Higher liquid surface tension results in higher contact angle and worse wetting of different powder beds. ► Validation of results by torque graphs obtained from compounding experiments.
