Evaluation of errors on the CFD computation of air flow and heat transfer around the human body

► CFD simulations of the flow around a detailed simulated person were performed. ► Sensible heat losses, by convection and radiation, are numerically predicted. ► CFD results are compared to experimental data of benchmark tests. ► Effects of physical and spatial discretization errors on CFD results are analyzed. ► A based sequence of methods for CFD simulations around human body is established.
