Preparation of thalidomide nano-flakes by supercritical antisolvent with enhanced mass transfer

Comparative study confirmed that supercritical antisolvent with enhanced mass transfer (SAS-EM) can produce smaller and more uniform thalidomide nano-flakes with increased dissolution rate in water than with SAS.
