A series of lanthanide complexes with 2,3-dichlorobenzoic acid and 2,2:6′,2″-terpyridine: Crystal structures, spectroscopic and thermal properties

Three novel complex [Ln(2,3-DClBA)3(terpy)(H2O)]2(Ln = Pr(1), Sm(2), Eu(3);) have been synthesized and characterized. The thermal decomposition mechanism of the title complexes have been studied by TG/DSC-FTIR technology.
