Comments and further improvements on “Passivity and passification of memristor-based complex-valued recurrent neural networks with interval time-varying delays”[Neurocomputing 144 (2014) 391-407]

In the article, Neurocomputing 144 (2014) 391-407 Assumption 1 and Assumption 2 are wrong and thus Theorem 1 and Theorem 3 needs some improvement. Therefore, in this paper we correct the error as well as improve Theorem 1, Theorem 3 and Numerical example based on the corrected Assumptions.
