Modeling structure-activity relationships of prodiginines with antimalarial activity using GA/MLR and OPS/PLS

- A dataset with 52 derivatives was used in QSAR studies by MLR and PLS.
- The obtained models were approved in several statistical tests.
- It was possible to interpret the descriptors, or find support in the literature.
- The models also showed good statistical quality compared to previously published models.
