A further exploration of sensation seeking propensity, reward sensitivity, depression, anxiety, and the risky behaviour of young novice drivers in a structural equation model

► No significant changes in depression and anxiety over 6 month period. ► Sensation seeking increased and reward sensitivity decreased over 6 month period. ► Males greater sensation seeking and reward sensitivity; less anxiety and depression. ► Anxiety, reward sensitivity and sensation seeking propensity predict risky driving. ► Gender was a moderator, reward sensitivity the only significant predictor for males.
