Fabrication and characterization of II-VI semiconductor nanoparticles decorated electrospun polyacrylonitrile nanofibers

► Aligned polyacrylonitrile (PAN) nanofibers was prepared by electrospinning. ► Semiconductor nanoparticles were dip coated on the electrospun PAN nanofibers. ► Semiconductor nanoparticles were uniformly decorated on PAN nanofibers. ► The electrical conductivity of composite nanofibers were improved.
