Design of a micro floating element shear stress sensor

► We design a structure of floating element shear stress sensor. ► We develop a fabrication process with single mask to fabricate the sensor. ► An optical system can detect the structure of the sensor. ► Special packaging method realizes flush mounting between the sensor and wall. ► Calibration experiment indicates the feasibility of the shear stress sensor.
