Multifunctional anthraquinone-based sensors: UV, O2 and time

A noval O2-sensitive ink system, utilising the anthraquinone dye RBBR, can be used as: (i) a UV-dosimeter/sunburn warning indicator, (ii) a 'consume-within' indicator and, possibly less likely, (iii) an O2 sensor.
