An ICT-based ratiometric fluorescent probe for hydrazine detection and its application in living cells and in vivo

- An ICT fluorescent probe for colorimetric and ratiometric detection of hydrazine was developed.
- The detection limit of sensor is 9.4 nM (0.298 ppb).
- The probe can be used to image hydrazine in live cells and in vivo (zebrafish).
