Polydiphenylamine/zeolite Y composite as a sensor material for chemical vapors

- nPDPA-SDS and DYH80 composite can discriminate low-polar from high-polar solvents.
- The highest relative response obtains from 15% (v/v) of DYH80 in the composite.
- Detection limit of the composite toward DCM, THF, acetone is 225, 150, 1070 ppm.
- The Chemical interaction between the composite and the vapors is reversible.
