Electrochemical immunosensor for dengue virus serotypes based on 4-mercaptobenzoic acid modified gold nanoparticles on self-assembled cysteine monolayers

- A sensor platform consisting of MBA modified AuNps was successfully synthesized.
- A platform for anti-DENV antibodies immobilization was obtained.
- Four different immunosensors for specific detection of DENV-(1-4) were obtained.
- We obtained a sensor with high sensitivity, selectivity, and operational simplicity.
