TICT based fluorescence “turn-on” hydrazine probes

Combination of the bulky diphenylamino and 9-anthryl units afforded TICT based fluorescence “turn-on” hydrazine probes, with the dicyanovinyl group demonstrated to be a better recognition unit than the aldehyde group.
