Hybrid Hierarchical System for Identification of Genomic Sequences based on some Recognition Scores

This paper presents a synthesis of researches already published by the author and new research on data analysis related to a hybrid hierarchical system for genomic identification. The methodology of a hierarchical hybrid system for identification of genomic sequences based on some recognition scores is thus completed by the research reported in this paper.
