چکیده انگلیسی
This work proposes thermodynamic model for stored energy evolution in metals within the internal variable approach. It is assumed that stored energy is a function of strain-type variable (structural strain) while dissipated energy is a function of plastic strain. Constitutive equations are derived for one-dimensional case and then generalized to the three-dimensional one. The proposed model is based on the introduction of two independent dissipation potentials with the corresponding multipliers for plastic strain and structural strain. Efficiency of the proposed model is demonstrated by two numerical examples. The first example is a simulation of the energy balance in the process of quasi-static deformation of Ti-1Al-1Mn alloy. The second example is modeling of the fatigue crack growth rate in Ti-1Al-1Mn alloy on the base of the consideration of energy balance at the crack tip. Numerical results have good agreement with the original experimental data.
