PROPOSITION OF A MULTI CO-OPERATING EXPERIENCE FEEDBACK PROCESSES ARCHITECTURE

This article aims at presenting preliminary results of a study carried out in partnership with Turbomeca Company about the problem engendered by the implementation of Experience Feedback (EF) processes within large scale companies. A model constituted of cooperating EF processes and adapted to hierarchical decision levels is proposed. Models of experiences corresponding to each level are defined and an illustration in concrete situation is described.
