Realization and dissemination of high frequency power standard at INRIM

► Transfer standard technique is used to disseminate the high frequency power quantity. ► The technique is composed by different steps that allow to evaluate the sensor under test Calibration Factor. ► The evaluation of the uncertainty takes into account all the contributions coming from all the quantities measured. ► Final uncertainty is greater than the microcalorimeter one but this technique can be applied to different types of sensors.
