Revealing Preferences for Urban Green Spaces: A Scale-sensitive Hedonic Pricing Analysis for the City of Leipzig

- A hedonic pricing analysis was conducted for 261,827 flats in Leipzig, Germany.
- Revealed preferences for UGSs differ between the city level and district level.
