GS2: An optimized attribute control chart to monitor process variability

The performance (fixed ARL1 and ARL0) of the proposed control chart can be economically compared with the traditional S2 control chart depending on the magnitude of the cost of the evaluation per measurement in relation to the cost of inspection by attributes.
