چکیده انگلیسی
The dependence of ribbons time drift of a spatial optical modulator on the driving voltage is analyzed. It was assumed that mechanical stress, which follows from non 180° domain wall movement, results in asymmetrical positioning of coercive and relaxation fields relative to the zero electrical field. It was found that strong tensile stress in the PZT structure shifts the coercive and relaxation fields: relaxation field changes polarity to that of the coercive electric field and the coercive field shifts to a stronger electric field. The short pulses driving voltage method for PZT structures is proposed to significantly decrease the influence of the creep phenomena on image quality.
