La médecine esthétique saisie par le droit : un régime juridique perfectible

Just like the European construction, concerning which Robert Schuman said it would not be done at one go, law has often been elaborated by trial and error. It is indeed inconceivable that the legislator has means to create a legal corpus applicable to an activity or a product and that is perfectly adapted and efficient as soon as it is enacted, with no need of further modifications. The health sector, because it is particularly subject to technical evolutions, makes the task of the legislator even more complicated, meanwhile the issue is the patients' health. Although, there are situations where public authorities themselves do not do everything they can to improve patients' safety, it is the case in esthetic medicine.
