La place des actions d'accompagnement du patient au regard de la loi « Hôpital Patient Santé Territoire »

The French law about “hospital, patient, health and territory” has legalized therapeutic education measures for the patient through three actions: therapeutic education sessions, therapeutic apprenticeship sessions (to show to the patient how to use his treatment [medical device…]), and at last, sessions for accompanying the patient through his disease and his treatment. Unfortunately, for this last action, decrees have not been published, while the law still exists, and can be relevant.
