La transidentité : une jurisprudence en « équilibre instable »

Lawyers are divided on the question of transsexualism. The Court of Cassation was called upon to make many decisions in the past year. Despite the positions of European law, the Court of Cassation maintains a restrictive position on the matter, rooted in a pathological approach of transsexualism. It appears that only a law of nature is to change French law on this question.
