The installation, by a doctor, of a registration process hidden in the lobby of the practice he shares with his colleague is an attempt to breach his privacy as soon as the installation was put in place. This practice cannot be allowed as a form of evidence in a litigation between the two ordinal practitioners. It raises the corollary question of the breach of medical confidentiality.
