Perinde ac cadaver

Beyond its media aspects, the case for “Our Body” has revealed a part of the ambivalence of French law regarding the treatment of questions about the body. Caught between the desire to protect the autonomy of individuals and that to grant some form of human sacredness, it appears that the legislature and the case law base themselves more and more on bioethics's logos to sit their respective reasonings. All the interrogation is to know if the obedience « perinde ac cadaver » to this « speech » is going to continue or to become blurred.
